Akash Malhotra has spent over ten years immersed in startups as a founder, operator, and investor. Most recently, he was a Partner at The House Fund, where he backed founders at the earliest stages.

While a student at UC Berkeley, Akash co‑founded Eventable and grew it to profitability with more than 30 million end users. He then led the company through an acquisition by Rockerbox, helping to launch and scale a SaaS product for leading direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) brands.

Akash has been named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and featured in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, TechCrunch, and CNBC. Along the way, he has been investing in startups and advising founders on go‑to‑market strategy, product development, and fundraising working with entrepreneurs ranging from Olympians to professors to filmmakers. He’s most in his element when working alongside founders helping craft their story and supporting them as they bring their visions to fruition.
