Jeremy Johnson is co‑founder and former CEO of Andela, a company addressing the technical talent shortage by building distributed engineering teams with Africa’s top software developers. Andela has been named the “Best Place to Work in Africa,” with campuses in Lagos, Nairobi, Kampala, and Kigali, and its developers employed fulltime by organizations ranging from Fortune 500 firms to high growth startups like Gusto and Cloudflare.

Before Andela, he co‑founded 2U and led it to a successful IPO in 2014. He holds a B.S. from Princeton University.
